Booking
Appointment only — no walk-ins.
No waiting area — it's your time, one client at a time.
A $20 deposit is required to hold your appointment.
Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to reschedule.
Health & Safety
All surfaces disinfected between clients.
Hand-washing available on site.
Clean tools for every appointment.
Come with clean, product-free hair unless booked for a wash.
Cancellation
No fee if you arrive on time or cancel before the deadline shown on your confirmation.
The balance is paid in full once the service is completed.
Deposits hold your appointment and go toward your total.

Balance due at the appointment.
Prices marked "+" start from that amount and depend on length & loc count.
Shipping
Shipping is $7 per item, added at checkout. Each bottle ships as its own item.
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment.
Delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
We ship within the United States only. A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves the studio.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
Returns & Refunds — Products
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair products cannot be returned or resold.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full — including shipping.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
